Membership Eligibility

Transaction on the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract (Amendment) Act, 2022. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract (Amendment) Act, 2022 are not eligible to use the Platform.

You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password. If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, We shall have the right to suspend or terminate your membership.

Communications

When You use the Platform, you agree and understand that You are communicating with Us through electronic records and consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically.

Platform for Transaction and Communication

The Platform enables transactions, but Loyzo is not a party to or control any transaction between Users. Please note that there could be risks in dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretence.

Charges

Loyzo may charge a nominal fee for browsing and buying on the Platform. Loyzo reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time.

Use of the Platform

Your use of Platform shall be strictly governed by the following principles:

You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, or share any information that belongs to another person.

You shall not engage in any activity that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding Your use of the service.

Shopping Feature

You acknowledge and agree that Loyzo may collect, store, and use your voice inputs on this feature to customize your experience and improve Loyzo’s products and services. Your use of this feature constitutes your acceptance of its terms.
