Refund Policy:

- Missing products/accessories.
- Wrong products/accessories delivered.

- Provide the order number, reason for refund, and details of the item(s) being refunded.
- Upon verification and approval of the refund request, refunds will be processed within 7 working days business days.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during the order placement.
Refund Exceptions:
- Refunds may not be applicable under the following circumstances:
- Products returned beyond the specified return window.
- Non-eligible items for returns as per the return policy.
- Products that show signs of wear and tear, damage caused by the customer, or incomplete packaging.
