Commission Structure (Quarterly Basis):
Tier 1:- (0-20 Sales/Quarter): 5% Commission
Tier 2:- (21-40 Sales/Quarter): 6% Commission
Tier 3:- (41-60 Sales/Quarter): 7% Commission
Tier 4:- (61-80 Sales/Quarter): 8% Commission
Tier 5:- (81-100 Sales/Quarter): 9% Commission
Tier 6:- (101+ Sales/Quarter): 10% Commission

Terms and Conditions:
Affiliate Eligibility: Mom influencers with active social media profiles and a genuine interest in promoting children's fashion are eligible to join Loyzo's affiliate program.
Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and accurately represent Loyzo products in their promotional content. Misleading or deceptive marketing is prohibited.
Commission Payments: Payments will be processed once affiliates accumulate at least Rs. 1000 in commissions. Affiliates can choose to withdraw their earnings monthly or opt for automatic crediting.
Minimum Threshold: There is a minimum threshold for commission payouts, set at Rs. 1000. Affiliates must accumulate at least Rs. 1000 in commissions before payments are processed.
Payment Methods: Affiliates can choose their preferred payment method for commission disbursement, including bank transfer or other electronic payment platforms.
Tax Obligations: Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on their commission earnings in accordance with local tax laws.
Return Policy: Affiliates will only receive commissions for completed and non-returned purchases.
Payment Disputes: Affiliates should contact Loyzo's affiliate support team for assistance with payment disputes.
Termination of Agreement: Loyzo reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement and withhold commission payments for violations of terms and conditions.
