What age group does Loyzo cater to?
We currently offer clothing for newborns up to 2-year-olds. Our collection will soon expand to include clothing for children up to 12 years of age.

Can i return or exchange items if they don’t fit or if i change my mind?
Yes, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location, but most orders reach customers within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver to most PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners. If your area isn’t serviceable, we’ll notify you during checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on select orders. COD eligibility will be shown at checkout. Note: COD orders may include a small convenience fee.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us at support@loyzo.in within a few hours of placing the order. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
